Your first 2 orders are free. After that, a $5 per-order platform fee applies. Premium ($5/mo intro pricing) removes the per-order fee, so it pays for itself at 2 orders a month.

Yes. There are no contracts. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing period.

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Agents can also use client-pays or split billing on an order, so the seller can cover part or all of an invoice directly.

Braid takes 15% of completed jobs on the Base and Premium vendor plans, and 10% on Scale. New vendors pay 5% for their first 90 days on any plan.

Contractors use the same plans as vendors. Instead of commission on quote work, you pay a $10 fee for each quote opportunity you accept. If the agent declines the full grouped quote or it expires, the fee is refunded. Work you invoice outside Braid carries no commission; optional in-app invoicing adds a 5% convenience fee.

Seats are $1/mo each on Agent Growth and on the Premium and Scale vendor plans, whether the seat is an agent, an assistant, or a team member. Growth lets you create an organization, invite your team, assign assistants to agents, and set permissions.

Agents pay through Stripe when they order. Vendors and contractors connect a Stripe account during onboarding and receive payouts through Stripe Connect, with earnings and payout history visible in the app.
